This is an interesting scenerio. Our clients did not want to pay full price for the home inspection. They were told by the seller that the roof was new five years ago so they wanted to exclude the roof and attic inspection. We did our best to advise them of the defects we find in new roofs, and sometimes the poor workmanship of some contractors. Watch the video and see what we found…
